CARE TO CHANGE VIDEO COMPETITION PRIZES

The following are the prizes that will be awarded in the Contest in accordance with these Official Rules (together, the “Prizes”, and each a “Prize”):

 

Adult Category (age 20 years +)

• 1st place: Canon EOS 5D Mark III Digital SLR Camera + CTV News Experience for 4
• 2nd place: $600 Best Buy Gift Certificate
• 3rd place: $300 Best Buy Gift Certificate

 

Youth Category (age 19 years and under)

• 1st place: $1200 Best Buy Gift Certificate + CTV News Experience for 4 + a place for each team member (up to a total of 6 team members) on the Telus Summer Visions Film Institute 2013 courtesy of Pacific Cinematheque (valued at $600 per person) + your video screened at the Vancouver International Film Festival (VIFF) as part of the 2013 ReelYouth Film Festival Tour.

All Adult and Youth Category winners will also receive exposure on VISO Give, an initiative of BroadbandTV, the United Way of the Lower Mainland website as well as with other media partners where available.

Care to Change winners will be announced at the Care to Change Awards on Sunday February 17, 2013 at the Vancity Theatre, Vancouver International Film Centre, 1181 Seymour Street, Vancouver.

All contestants will receive an invitation to this event which will take place in Vancouver in February 2013. More details to follow.
